Once you have downloaded the AAC Remote Support program and run the file you should receive an AAC Remote Support window that looks like the one displayed below.

Call the phone number shown in the AAC Remote Support window.
Provide the technical support representative with the ID and password displayed in the AAC Remote Support window.
